Client Payment Options and Credit Card Convenience Fee

Dear Clients,

To make it convenient for our clients, we would like to offer you a variety of ways to pay your bill:

  • Check
  • E-Check (ACH electronic debit)
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover)

Credit card payments, unlike most other types of payments, have a fee assessed by the credit card company calculated as a percentage of your payment amount. The percentage varies by credit card company and type of card.

Effective June 1, 2020, if you pay your bill with a credit card, Son and Associates, APC will charge a “Convenience Fee” to recover the cost of these fees. We do not make a profit on this fee and it is simply to cover our cost of providing you the convenience of using your credit card to make payment. There will be no convenience fee charged for payments made by check or E-Check (ACH electronic debit).

You can pay your bill online here for credit cardIf you choose to pay by credit card, the convenience fee will be applied at the time you make your payment.
